THE IMPORTANT DETAILS

Useful tools.
Clear boundaries.

Use content you are allowed to download.

Only submit videos you own or have permission to download and process, where the download is permitted by the platform’s terms or applicable law. Copyright permission and platform permission are separate questions. YERRN does not bypass DRM, private access, membership requirements, or age restrictions. A public link is not proof of permission.

What the tools process.

The JSON formatter runs in your browser. Its contents are not uploaded. Media conversion is different: the worker receives the video URL, requested options, and your permission confirmation; it retrieves the media to create the requested file. URLs and conversion records are associated with your anonymous session or signed-in account.

Free files and your private library.

Free files expire after one hour. YERRN+ can save conversions to a private 20 GB library while your subscription is active. After paid access ends, saved files have a 30-day export window before deletion. You can delete saved files from your library. Cleanup is periodic; signed download links remain valid for up to five minutes. Keep an independent copy of important files.

Accounts, billing and hosting.

When enabled, email sign-in is handled by Supabase and payment by Stripe. YERRN does not receive your complete card details. Files are stored on the configured private worker volume or private object storage. Hosting and authentication providers may retain operational logs under their own policies. Contact form messages use the site’s configured email provider.

Security without surveillance.

Essential cookies keep your session and sign-in working. A theme preference can be stored in your browser. The service uses keyed hashes of network identifiers to enforce fair-use limits without saving raw IP addresses in its application database. No advertising or behavioral analytics scripts are added by this platform release. Conversion inputs are not sent to an AI model.

Fair use and service availability.

Free accounts and anonymous sessions share limits designed to prevent abuse, including limits on conversions, duration, file size, queued work, and overall service capacity. Repeated failed attempts can count toward those limits. YouTube may block server requests or change its delivery system. YERRN cannot guarantee every video, quality setting, or subtitle track will be available.

Questions or removal requests.

Use the contact page for privacy, account deletion, content removal, or rights-related requests. This launch policy should be reviewed against the actual hosting configuration and operational practices before public paid access opens.
